  2. Police Department Community Meeting @ CC Rec Center: Meet the new Interim Chief and learn about sexual assault reporting

    As a newly-certified agency in the You Have Options Program, the police department is committed to better serving victims of sexual assault. The program envisions a criminal justice system where victims of sexual violence view law enforcement as a viable route to justice.

    Stacy Galbo, from the Victim Services Unit will give a presentation and answer questions.

    Get to know your local officers and come out to one of our monthly neighborhood meetings. At the meeting, police officers will provide information about recent crimes, listen to your concerns, and share additional resources to make the community a safer place.

    Police Department community meetings at the Rec Center are held the second Wednesday of every month at 6:00 p.m.

    You can also attend community meetings in the northern area of Commerce City which are held on the third Thursday of every month at 6:00 p.m. and alternate location between Belle Creek Family Center and Stuart Middle School. More Details
