Mile High Greyhound Park neighborhood meeting, zoning update set for Sep. 1

Commerce City residents and others interested in the redevelopment process of the former Mile High Greyhound Park site are invited to a neighborhood meeting on Thursday, September 1 at Central Elementary School (6450 Holly St.).

The meeting will offer updates about where the project stands, the proposed vision for development of the site and next steps in the zoning process, while also providing an opportunity for the public to comment on the current plans prior to the submittal of official zoning documents.

The meeting starts with a 6 p.m. presentation followed by an opportunity to learn more about specific topics and ask questions at individual breakout stations. Attendees will have the opportunity to offer their thoughts on the project through a short survey.
