Founded in 1952, the Commerce City Police Department has since grown to be one of the metro area’s major enforcement agencies, serving more than 35-square-miles through a wide variety of programs and services.

If your items are evidence, please call 303-289-3657 between 7:30am and 5:30pm, Monday-Friday prior to making an appointment.  Leave a detailed message with your name, phone number, and the item.  We will call you back by the end of the next business day.  Appointments are available from 1-5pm, Monday through Friday.  Please provide your case number, if available, as well as any other identifying information so we can accommodate your request in a timely manner.
