The Quality Community Update is an electronic report to the community on projects and tasks that improve the quality of life for residents in Commerce City. The update is distributed via email to
Neighbors to Neighbors lists, homeowners’ associations and civic groups as well as
City Council and city employees.
The community update covers topics such as:
- City Council updates and agendas
- City work schedules such street sweeping, etc.
- Events and activities open to the public
- New services implemented by the city
- News about notable people in Commerce City
- Police Department updates
- Traffic updates including detours, closures and delays
The community update is delivered on the first and third Friday of each month.
