| Muscular strength & range of movement |
Tues and Thurs, 7 am - 8 am | Have fun and move to music with a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and skills required for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing and balls are offered for resistance while a chair is used for support. |
| Cardio circuit | Mon and Wed, 1-2 pm | Increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with an energizing standing circuit workout. Upper body strength work using hand-held weights, elastic tubing, and balls is alternated with non-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is offered for support. |
