The City of Commerce City is seeking a qualified contractor to construct Potomac Street Bridge Replacement, over the O’Brian Canal, Project No. 2015-01-PW. All Work must be completed within 120 workdays of the issuance of a Notice to Proceed. See COMMENCEMENT AND COMPLETION OF WORK for details of Phase I and Phase II and working days for each.

Bids will be submitted to the “The Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System” website (http://www.rockymountainbidsystem.com) they will be received until 2:00 p.m. MT, Wednesday, November 6, 2024 at which time bids will be downloaded and publicly opened and read. Bidders are invited, but are not required, to attend the bid opening. Bid opening to be held at the Public Works MSC, Building A located at 8602 Rosemary Street Commerce City, CO 80022.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at Commerce City MSC Building A, at 10:00 a.m. MST, Tuesday October 22, 2024, at 8602 Rosemary Street, Commerce City, Colorado 80022. Bidders not represented at this site visit will not be allowed to submit bids.

Questions or comments regarding this RFB must be received in writing no later than 3:00 PM on Monday, October 28, 2024, by Mark Winnen at mwinnen@c3gov.com.
