What does the team do?

Community Well-Being provides direct support and programs to improve residents' well-being through dedicated community navigators. They focus on residents living in poverty, experiencing homelessness, neighborhood and race equity, especially for vulnerable groups.

Our programs include homeless outreach, education & employment pathways, health & food access, and housing navigation support. The division provides resource navigation, case management, advocacy, and community outreach.

Resources Provided by Community Navigators

The Community Navigator for homeless outreach assists members of the community experiencing homelessness by connecting them to the appropriate resources.

The Community Navigator for families and seniors provides anyone in the Commerce City community individualized services/meetings for those who are at-risk of losing their homes.

The Education & Employment Navigator supports our Workforce Pathway Program to connect community members with opportunities eliminating barriers to education and career training.
