The zoning board of adjustment’s purpose is to hear and determine appeals from refusals of building permits, to permit exceptions to or variations from the zoning ordinance, and issue special permits and make conditional grants for use of property. Meetings normally occur on the second Tuesday of each month, but are subject to change or cancellation.
This board of adjustment meeting will be held remotely as a Zoom video conference due to the COVID-19 pandemic. There is no physical meeting. The Zoom meeting is accessible to the public online or by phone, and will also be broadcast live at c3gov.com/video and on CCTV Channel 8 (HD 881).
To access the Zoom meeting, testify during public hearings, or submit written comments for the record, members of the public must register by noon on Tuesday, Sept. 8. Register online to comment live via Zoom or submit written comments in advance via the online form.
