What does the team do?
- The Community Well-Being team works in the field on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Walk-in hours are Mondays and Wednesdays.
- The overall goal of Community Well-Being is helping our community through the process of providing resources. This is why Community Navigators do not engage in the removal of people from encampments, and they are not responsible for reporting encampments.
- Referrals to the Community Well-Being team mainly come from the city’s police department, code enforcement division, and the Adams 14 School District. Services are also provided through connections made while out in the community.
Resources provided by Community Navigators
