Outdoor Service Area Permit

The new Pilot Outdoor Services Program has launched. Under the program, restaurants, taverns, brew pubs, breweries, microbreweries, distillery pubs, wineries, tasting rooms, special licensees, and clubs are eligible to apply for the required permit and license required to establish an outdoor service area for patrons.

There is not a fee associated with applying for the Outdoor Service Permit or Right-of-Way License during the five year Pilot Program. Businesses must complete and submit all forms attached below (Outdoor Services Application, Right-of-Way Permit Application, Site Map, and Statement of Compliance), and include a design plan that adheres to the attached design guidelines. Additional details about the program can be found in the Ordinance attached below.

Restaurants with questions about the program can reach out to Alex Van Zante at avanzante@c3gov.com.
