Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the City Council of Commerce City on September 16, 2024 at 6:00 p.m in a hybrid format, or as soon thereafter. Persons wishing to testify in person will need to appear at the Council Chambers, Commerce City Civic Center, 7887 E 60th Avenue. Persons wishing to testify virtually must register in advance. PUDA23-0003– Southwestern Property Corporation is requesting approval of the Commons at 104th 2nd Amendment PUD Zone Document, to allow additional land uses, for the 16.57 acre property generally located at the southeast corner of Potomac Street and East 104th Avenue.
