Mile High Greyhound Park Header

Project Overview

Mile High Greyhound Park is a master planned community of approximately 65 acres. This is a redevelopment project on the former site of a greyhound race track complex north of E. 62 Ave. and east of Highway 2. The project has been in the works since 2011, when the City of Commerce City Urban Renewal Authority (CCURA) purchased the site. The CCURA has partnered with Delwest LLC as a master residential developer. A PUD zone document was approved for the site in 2019 and the project broke ground in 2020. Proposed uses include a hotel site, single-family residential, apartments, and supportive housing. Several portions of the site are currently under construction or in planning development review.
