Project Overview:
Reunion is a master planned community of over 2,000 acres. Originally approved in 2000, Reunion continues to develop today with single-family residential homes, commercial development, and multi-family residences. Oakwood Homes is currently the master developer of Reunion, taking over from Shea Homes in 2017. The Reunion development is spread across the E. 104th Avenue corridor in the northern range of Commerce City from Reunion Ridge to the southwest extending eastward to the Tower Road corridor and up to E. 112th Avenue. Included in the Reunion community is the newly opened STEAD School, a public charter high school serving 9th to 12th grade students with a focus on science, technology, the environments, agriculture, and design.
