Residents 62 and older can receive a refund on city property taxes
Seniors at least 62 years of age can apply for the city’s property tax refund program, which repays the amount paid to the city out of the total property tax bill.

Commerce City Waives Development Fees for Select Commercial Retailers
Commerce City is waiving development related fees for eating and drinking establishments, recreation or amusement facilities, and visitor accommodations. This is in addition to the resolution previously passed by city council waiving development related fees for new full-service restaurants.

EVENT POSTPONED: Volunteer for Paint-a-Thon to help seniors and residents with disabilities!
Residents from the community, area businesses, and service organizations are invited to form teams to provide volunteer labor. Volunteering consists of painting home exteriors and making home accessibility improvements.
