Storing inoperable vehicles in the open 

Vehicles that are unlicensed, inoperable, or have expired plates must be stored in a fully enclosed structure (temporary carports or tarps are not acceptable). 

Inoperable vehicle means any competition vehicle, regardless of condition; any motor vehicle or trailer that does not lawfully display a current license plate and validation sticker; any motor vehicle that is not capable of travel under its own power in its existing condition; or any motor vehicle or trailer that would be unlawful to use or operate on public streets or state highways in its existing condition.

Parking on unapproved surfaces 

Motor vehicles cannot be parked in yards or on most rock/gravel surfaces (unless part of a defined driveway)  

Motor vehicle means any self-propelled vehicle designed primarily for travel over public highways and that is generally and commonly used to transport persons or property over the public highways.
