Speed Tables Project

Newsitem Speed Tables ConstructionA tragic hit-and-run collision earlier this year near Monaco Elementary School took the life of Kara Kincaid, 16, partially due to the excessive speed of the offending driver.

Not long after, City Council directed staff to install speed tables near schools in the Adams 14 and 27J school districts serving Commerce City. The city is now delivering on this vision to provide a safer means for students and other pedestrians walking to and from school across the city.
