If you find property, you can turn it into Commerce City property and evidence. If you have lost property, you can review the list of found items turned in to the Commerce City Police Department. All property is returned by appointment only.

Notice is herby given that the property listed below is being held by the Commerce City Police Department. If you believe that any of this property belongs to you, you must claim it within 30 days of the date of this notice. All property remaining unclaimed after 30 days will be disposed of in accordance with Sec.2-4202 of the Commerce City revised municipal code. Property and evidence technicians maintain the integrity and control of all property and evidence in the custody of the Police Department for presentation in court.
