Commerce City Explorer Post #2026 successful at the 2019 LEEPAAC Regional Explorer Conference
The Commerce City Police Explorer program offers youth ages 14 to 21 the opportunity to get an inside look into a career in law enforcement through volunteer work, participation in community events, training and the police ride-along program.

In exchange for their service, Explorers receive police training and mentorship through interaction with law enforcement professionals.

To be considered for the Explorer program, applicants must have a GPA of 2.0 or higher, be of good standing in school and the community and have no felonies. A background check and oral interview are part of the application process.
